Thomas Billings comes from the medical device industry, particularly cardiovascular active implants, spine, and drug delivery. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University and is a certified project management professional. Thomas was very impressed by the amazing work of the Children’s Heart Foundation, as well as its New England Region Council, and wanted to get involved in a meaningful way to raise awareness for this great cause. Thomas spent much of his early life in children’s hospitals, relay races, and walkathons for a sibling with brain cancer and wanted to support families going through a similarly tough emotional and often financial struggle.
