Taylor Borowiec is a marketing coordinator for HNTB Corporation in Boston, MA. She recently graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS in both Journalism and Human Development and Family Studies. When Taylor was a child, her younger brother, Jack, passed away due to complications from left hypoplastic heart syndrome. Taylor has been looking for a way to get involved in CHD research ever since, and is thrilled to be a part of The Children's Heart Foundation New England Region. In addition to her involvement with the chapter, Taylor is a volunteer in the oncology department at Boston Children's Hospital.
