Change My Heart - Community Fundraiser

Our Change My Heart program provides an easy way for customers to support the very important research funding mission of The Children’s Heart Foundation. We can supply businesses with our supporter signature pads that allow donors to purchase (we recommend $1, $3 and $5 levels), add their name and support our mission. These can be proudly displayed by the register to spread awareness and encourage others to give generously, and your business can determine the length (e.g., week- or month-long).  You supply the creativity and outreach to help fund CHD research!
